WDSF Open Junior II Standard – Clear victory for finland
The WDSF Open Junior II Standard was a very clear-cut affair, at least in the first two places. Jelisei Zemljannikov and Gertrude Sofia Kirkmann from Finland won all five dances ahead of Kristiyan Donchev and Martina Kondaklieva from Bulgaria, who also took second place. After a fifth place in the Slow Waltz, the other dances went much better for Eric-Mihai Dragota and Ingrid Maria Dragota from Romania (three third places and one fourth place), so that in the end they came third overall. Places four to six were a little closer together again. Oliver Gebert and Alina Balatsko from the Czech Republic took fourth place with a score of 22. The German finalists Vitalii Karnaukhov and Elizaveta Beloedova from Leipzig mixed a third place in the Slowfox with a fourth, a fifth and two sixth places, earning them fifth place overall. The final was completed by Deniz Mert Isik and Pelin Top from Turkey.
